Donation Request Policy
Genesis Golf Trips would like to thank you so much for your interest in a donation from our company. We want to make every effort to accommodate your organization and if our company’s resources are able to align with your request, we will work hard to do so. Here at Genesis, we have guidelines we follow concerning our donation requests. However, each request is unique and each is considered carefully. Below are some simple instructions and more information to follow before making a request:
- All donation requests must be submitted online. Written or phone requests are not accepted.
- A donation form must be filled out completely in order to be considered.
- Please make requests at least six (6) weeks prior to the day your organization is in need of the particular item or service.
- A request does not guarantee a donation.
- Requests will not be taken November through February due to patterns of our business and fiscal year.
