It was a sad day when Hershey Links closed for both local golfers and traveling golfers alike. However, this destination is even hotter than before. Thanks to some creativity and a great team of golf course operators, we are thrilled to say that the destination has just as many, if not more, high-end courses as it had before! But here’s the trick. Some of our courses are now private clubs in the extended Hershey, Lebanon and Lancaster areas. So while we would LOVE to tell you their names in this post, its something that you can only learn by calling the Genesis sales team. To play these courses is a privilege, and so we must keep discretion in mind. But if you are looking for a different kind of trip for 2015, the Lancaster-Hershey Golf Trail is surely one to consider.
HOT TIP: this summer in Lancaster is also the location for the U.S. Women’s Open to be held at the Lancaster Country Club. Stay tuned for some special “peripheral golf packages” prior, during and after the event.
